    Building rapport.

This is the link to the video about building rapport

    http://www.business-spotlight.de/language-skills/videos/socializing/building-rapport

    Building Rapport

I want to look at building rapport, to examine how to build close professional relationships.

Now, I’m sure you are asking: “What exactly do you mean by rapport?” Well, for me rapport is a kind of
between people, a sort of emotional connection, a positive relationship in which there is a deep understanding and liking. We often say people who have rapport are on the same wavelength they are even .

Now the key question to ask is: “Can we learn rapport skills?” And I think yes and I’d like to look at two specific
    .

    The first is
. Now this means your behaviour to the behaviour of others, becoming . It could mean using the same words, which others use when you talk. So someone says to you “It’s a good solution” you say “Yes I agree it’s a good because…” rather than “Yes, that’s an interesting idea”. So this mirroring of words has a real on your partner. It makes him feel that you understand and his reality. But all this demands a lot of and a lot of from your side, careful observation, careful listening and very careful control of what you say and how you say it. You need to do the same with , to communicate with a similar of voice, speed of speech, arm movements, even the way you sit. And this is not copying or to . I see it as a really positive effort to be and to connect to another human being so that you can really work together effectively.

The second technique is what I call positive
. Now this means saying and doing things so that the other person will develop a similarly positive . It means for example talking about the future rather than the past. It means focusing on people’s rather than their weaknesses. It means bringing energy and to the way you communicate to create the same mindset in your . And you’ll see whether you’ve been successful. If the other person begins to talk and think like you, to move with your energy, you have rapport.

But be patient rapport building is a set of skills which can take time to
. But, if you can develop these skills you’ll really have the power to build the you need to do business very effectively.

Photos taken underwater are majestic forms of art. They allow us to see a world that is quite different from the one that we tread on. However, unlike other genre, it requires that both the photographer and the model know exactly how the process will flow, every step of the way. Underwater photography  takes a lot of effort, resources and skill. After all, one cannot accomplish such feat by merely sinking underwater with a camera.

Another great challenge is to neutralize the blue tone of water with the light coming in the lens of the camera. Thus, certain lens filters, advanced cameras with high ISO capabilities and full powered strobes are needed to achieve high definition images.
Only few photographers attempt to practice underwater photography because of its rather complex processes, but in the end, the results are just phenomenal. Underwater photography is also a popular theme in advertising and fashion editorials.

    Fall.

Fall from Lainy Voom on Vimeo.

Watching the video, you can realize the girl is "Falling" for the guy
So, the meaning i think is the correct one is phrasal verb -fall for- informal "fall in love with".
In the matter of design i think is well done the animation and the colors are similar to the message
of the video and the music is very representative. Is not something i would do cause i don't really like it is not my style but to those wo do like it i think is well done.

    Dictionary.

    Article http://www.inspirationbit.com/dos-and-donts-colour/

Babies are colour-dominant: they are more attracted by colour than form. And even though we generally become more form-dominant as we mature, colour still plays an important role on how we perceive the message. For instance, why does red always call to attention? Whether you want to tweak the colours of your site, or design an ad or a poster to attract people to your products or services, or even paint the walls in your house, these colour essentials should help you in becoming more colour-wise.
DO take time to learn the colour wheel.
All colours are made up of three primaries: red, blue and yellow. When you combine the primaries, you get the three secondary colours: orange, purple and green. When you combine each secondary colour with its neighboring primary, you get six tertiary colours: yellow-orange, yellow-green, blue-green, blue-purple, red-purple, red-orange. That’s how you get the familiar 12-colour wheel.

    MindMap.

This is a class activity we did today, interviewing a friend a doing a mind map of them.

My friend name is Julio he is 22 years old and he has a brother, he's form maracaibo Venezuela. Studies the 6th trimester of graphic design and his favorite subject is photography. He likes to sleep and watching comedy movies and dislike hot weather, chocolate and politics. For this subject he expects to get better skills on english and his wish for life is to graduate and emigrate to another country

    Bio.

Hello readers, my name is Andrea i'm 19 years old, i'm from Maracaibo, Venezuela.
I'm just a girl trying to figure out life. I love my family and my boyfriend, i think laughter is the best medicine and the best thing you can do for yourself is to be happy.

I graduated from high school in "Colegio La Presentacion". Then i decided to study Graphic Design and I'm in love with it. I also study advertising and public relations at La Universidad del Zulia. I'm now on the 8th Trimester of graphic design and i cant wait for graduation. Hopin' to finally get my GPA over 18 so i can get my degree as a cumlaude student. I've always had very good grades and i work hard for it.

In my free time i like to be with my boyfriend, my family, and sometimes i like to be alone to relax and give myself a rest. I love music, i used to play piano and i also took singing lessons (i dont sing in public). I enjoy life and the strange but beautiful things it give us. i'm allergic to everything. And fake people, i just can't stand them.

It is very important to me to learn english because my plans are to extend my knowledge in some other english speaking country. English is the most spoken language in the world, so it is the first option to take for anyone. To practice i use different resources, like TV, movies with no subtitles, music, and books in english.

I think this is a very short part of me, you have to be there to know me :)
